Farewell To Yankee Stadium

As a kid growing up, nothing meant more to me than Don Mattingly and the New York Yankees. After sitting and watching the "Final" game last night on ESPN, I was not able to hold back the emotion that was passed on to me by my Dad. Growing up, there is nothing better than rooting for your favorite baseball team, and nothing better than watching them win 4 World Series Championships.

Although the most hated organization in sports, last night was the greatest celebration I have ever seen. THE New York Yankees did a helluva job, capped off by a 7-4 win over the Orioles, the final home run hit by non-other "Jose Molina!" Andy Pettitte threw his 2,000 strikeout, and Mr. November closed the night out with a wonderful speech to the fans. (See Below)

I Can't wait to attend the NEW Yankee Stadium. As Michael Kay put it, "the most luxurious hotel you can think of, with a baseball diamond in the middle!"

GO YANKEES!!
